MY EVERY MORNING ROUTINE
5 AM Wake Up Alarm (sometimes I get to snooze until 5:20).
5:20 AM Downstairs filling my water bottle with electrolytes and brewing a Nespresso shot.
5:30 AM Starting my pre-planned workout (programmed the previous evening), mostly on the Peloton platform (they have everything I need).
7 AM Finishing work out and stretching, ready to start my day.
THE HARDEST THING ABOUT A WORKOUT ROUTINE IS SHOWING UP CONSISTENTLY.
I don’t wake up ready to jump out of bed and work out. But I show up every single day. Even when I don’t want to. Even when staying in bed sounds better than anything. When my heart is broken, when my body is fatigued, when my brain is overloaded, when the demands on me are beyond what I can process… I show up because EVERY SINGLE TIME I DO, I feel better. Period.
My morning routine is the reason I can get through the rest of my day. Every day.
